Antique German cup and saucer demitasse by the Porcelain factory Fraureuth, Pozellanfabrik Fraureuth AG. Richly decorated with raised impasto gilt enamel on a canary yellow ground. Patterned with stylized foliate and beading. This mark was in use from 1899 to 1926. In overall good antique condition with general wear commensurate with age and use. No chips or cracks. One or two tiny gilt beads missing among the rich decor on the cup. Cup measures 2 3/8" wide with the handle, 1 3/4" diameter opening, 1 7/8" height. Saucer measures 3 7/8" diameter.
