Features an exquisite gilt bronze frame with finely detailed applied mounts and neoclassical ornamentation. Rectangular form with arched top, this mirror boasts an impressive ribbon bow finial and foliage swags. Decorated further with elegant neoclassical borders. The feet are classic laurel wreathes with trailing ribbon. Folding easel to the back. The original thick glass mirror is intact. Trimmed with a wide beveled edge. In good shape for its 100+ years with no chips or cracks. Provides a clear reflection after all these years, no cloudiness or severe silver loss. There is some spotting to the glass mirror and some surface scratches. This only adds to the old charm of this mirror and does not detract from its beauty.
