Charming antique Victorian era glass pill box or patch box. Likely Bohemian, attributed to Moser or Harrach. Featuring amber yellow colored glass hand painted in raised enamel. To the lid is a scene depicting a pair of birds, surrounded by white enamel foliage in the style of Mary Gregory, which gives the appearance of a wintery landscape. Hinged brass mounts circle the box with an S shaped clasp at the center. In overall good antique condition with general wear commensurate with age and use, no chips or cracks. Measures 2 1/2" diameter x 1 1/4" height.
