Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at The Antique Boutique
We accept returns of website purchases for refund of the purchase price, less original shipping costs and the PayPal transaction fee, provided your item is returned in the same condition as was sent to you. Client is responsible for cost of return shipping and insurance. Should you wish to make a return, notify us of your intent to return within 48 hours of receiving your purchase(s). All returns require authorization by The Antique Boutique. Once authorized, ship the item(s) back at your own expense within 7 business days. Full insurance during return shipping is required. Please repack carefully in the original packaging material if possible. Use a traceable service as we cannot refund packages that are lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable. Client is responsible for insurance coverage and claims for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipment. Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund within 3 days of receipt back to the original payment method.
