   We describe everything to the best of our ability and the pictures form part of the description. We try to gather as much information about the item prior to listing, in an effort to offer you with an accurate and honest description. Large, clear and detailed pictures of the item help in this endeavor. Most of the items we offer are antique and over 100+ years old. Opinion on the condition of an item can vary, depending on the person viewing it. Wear is to be expected due to age and use. Note that the item in the pictures may be larger or smaller in actuality, the pictures do not represent size. Please check the description for dimensions. Contact us with any questions and postage inquiries prior to purchase.

   All parcels are insured. If an item is damaged in transit, you may get refunded by the tracking and insurance number we will provide depending on the shippers policies. You will need to follow the steps regarding the shipper requirements. Most shipping places, USPS, UPS, FedEx will need detailed photos showing damage to item and packaging. Please do not throw anything away and keep all the damaged items/parts. We do not refund personally for damage or loss during transit, you will need to follow the steps with the carrier or shipper.
