Antique French Chinoiserie gilt bronze ormolu boudoir lamp. The center features a Chinese export porcelain foo dog figurine in vibrant turquoise blue glaze. Decorated with ormolu leaves and wire stems with sculpted porcelain flowers in blue glaze. Mounted on an ornate base with stylized leaves and resting on four foliage form feet. Topped by a cream/off white bell lamp shade. The lamp is currently wired for US standard. For all vintage lamps, we recommend professional rewiring. Stands 5 3/4" height x 5" length x 5 3/4" deep. Lampshade is 8" wide. In overall good antique condition with general wear commensurate with age and use. Some chips to the porcelain flowers, it's possible there may be a couple of missing flowers among wire stems. On the foo dog there are some chips to the head as shown.
