Mounted in the center with a stylized figure of a ballerina done in 14k gold, decorated with natural rubies and holding a larger cultured pearl. Prong set with 10 natural rubies and holding a pearl in her hands. Marked 14k. In very good condition. Measures 1 1/2" diameter. Weighs 16.8 grams.
