Charming antique 18k rose gold and silver stick pin. Featuring a 3 dimensional figure of a bird, parrot. Adorned with 60 Persian turquoise cabochons pave set in silver. The eyes are two garnet. Finished with an 18k rose gold perch and pin. Measures 2 1/4" length, the bird figure is 3/4" from head to tail. Weighs 2.8 grams. Hallmarked with the French 18K gold standard mark in a form of an eagle's head in use in France from 1838. In good antique condition with general wear commensurate with use and age. There are small chips to some of the stones visible in the pictures and scratches to the pin from use. Housed in an old velvet covered presentation box, box measures 3 3/8" length.
