Gorgeous antique 14K yellow gold mounted lay down perfume bottle. Featuring an exquisite cut crystal tapered body with thick beveled edges. Mounted with 14k gold hinged lid and collar with engraved details. Opening to reveal a glass stopper. Hallmarked with the Dutch control mark representing an oak leaf that was in use between 1852 and 1906. Measures 4 1/8" length. In overall good antique condition. Some impurities/air bubbles in the thick crystal. One or two flea-bites on the beveled edge. The gold lid with a couple of small shallow indentions and what appears to be a thin split at the seam on the very top, as shown in the pictures. Lid opens and closes smoothly with a nice 'snap'.
