Outstanding antique 19th century Hutschenreuther porcelain portrait plaque. A beautiful KPM quality hand painted miniature portrait depicting a young woman tenderly holding a lamb after Jean-Baptiste Greuze's painting titled Innocence. The porcelain plaque is signed Kies. In overall good antique condition with some scratches as shown. Unframed. Bears the impressed Hutschenreuther CMHR mark in a circle which was used between 1857 and 1899. Size code 107. Also marked with a Royal Vienna style beehive mark. Measures 6" x 4".
