Signed H.Risch for Henri Risch, perhaps diminutive of Henri Rischmann, French sculptor in the Art Nouveau - Art Deco period. Measures 8 1/2" length x 5 1/8" width x 1" height. In overall good antique condition with general wear commensurate with age and use.
