Intricately pierced and finely engraved details adorn the curved blade with a gorgeous motif of tulips and sinuous leaves. The handle features elegant scrolling foliate and rocailles. Monogrammed with interlaced initials LB or BL. In overall good condition with general wear. Measures 9 3/4" length x 3 1/4" wide. Weighs 123.1 grams. Fully hallmarked with the French Minerve 1st standard mark, which depicts the goddess Minerva with a number 1 beside her indicating a silver content of .950/1000 silver (95% pure silver and a higher than .925 sterling).
