Antique Victorian beveled glass jewelry box vitrine in the form of a train car. Featuring moveable wheels and hinged lid opening to reveal a green silk tuft cushion. Surrounded by thick beveled glass panels prong set into gilt bronze framework. Measures 4 1/2" length x 2 1/2" width x 2 3/4" height. Condition: Wear/discoloration to the metal, some nicks/scratches to the beveled edges, and wear to the silk cushion commensurate with age and use. There is a gap at the close as shown and a couple of missing prongs at the back below the hinge.
