Antique Victorian era cranberry glass pill box or patch box. The lid decorated with a charming scene of a child hand painted in white enamel in the manner of Mary Gregory. Encircled with bronze or brass hinged mounts and centered by an 'S' shaped clasp. In overall good antique condition with general wear commensurate with age and use. No chips or cracks. Measures 2 3/8" diameter x 1 1/2" height.
