French Art Deco silvered bronze brooch pin by Pierre Turin (French, 1891-1968). Titled 'La Porteuse des Fleurs' medal, circa 1926. Depicting a woman amongst elaborate floral decoration. Turin was an accomplished Art Deco medallist from Sucy-En-Brie, France. His most famous work being the medal for the International Exposition of Modern Industrial and Decorative Arts that gave the name to Art Deco. Signed P.Turin. In overall good condition with general wear/surface marks to the edges commensurate with age and use. Measures 2" square
