Charming Art Deco era French sterling silver tumbler and napkin ring set. Richly decorated with an exquisite pattern of clovers. Hallmarked with the French Minerve 1st standard hallmark, which depicts the head of the goddess Minerva with a number 1 beside her to designating a silver content of .950/1000 silver (95% silver and higher than the standard .925 for sterling silver). Bearing silversmith marks for Atelier Moderne d'Orfèvrerie, active circa 1924 at 26 rue Beaubourg, Paris. Housed in the original presentation box with fitted interior. The tumbler cup measures 3 3/8" height x 2 5/8" diameter opening. The napkin ring is 2" diameter x 1 5/8" height. Total silver weight is 181.2 grams. Box measures 7" x 4" x 3 1/4". In overall good vintage condition with general wear commensurate with age.
