Antique Gorham sterling silver paper knife. The handle is decorated in relief with charming florals and foliage. Monogrammed engraved interlaced initials JLE or EJL. Sterling silver blade. Bearing the Gorham hallmarks of the lion, anchor and letter G. The seashell date letter for 1896. Model number 330. The back with a small hallmark in the form of a swan indicating this item was once imported into France. In overall good antique condition with general wear commensurate with age and use. There are some indentions to the end of the handle. The blade is in good condition and looks beautiful. Measures 14 1/8" length x 1 1/2" wide at the handle. Weighs 254.4 grams.
